I deleted mine.  Don’t see the point in it.  Prefer MY O2.  Much easier and simpler to use.

o2 needs to make one decent App and stick with that one.  There is no need for o2 ask which MY o2 can incorporate it all,

waist of resource and money to me.

Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.

It is a waste of resources and money...NOW! Before it served a purpose for those thousands of customers with poor or no signal at home who cannot use wifi calling. So, useful in that scenario but no use to the millions who have no concerns with coverage. The biggest waste of resources was the duplication or mirroring of My O2 incorporated within the app. Why they have stopped messaging and calls is beyond me as it is needed until wifi calling is available to all.

Is it sufficient to just remove the app from the phone, or does the bolt-on have to be removed as well, @darrengf?

Does bolt-on removal mean a call to CS?

Thanks!

I just deleted the app. Never used it anyway so mine wouldn't have required a call @pgn

Just letting you know @pgn

once it’s on, it can’t be removed.

o2 Chat are saying it’s default on the account.

@Martin-O2 can you check this please, it only appears when you sign up for the app, so surely it can also be removed.

thanks.

Same here, @Martin-O2 - how to get rid of the Ask bolt-on after having removed the app (android) that signed me up for it in the first place?
