Hi everybody!

I'm very new to this so please bare with me.

My mum has been with Virgin Media TV,Phone & broadband for quite a few years now.

She is paying about £45 a month for TV and broardband. It has been very up and down price wise since we was with NTL! 🤣

I have been with O2 many years! They have been great to me! In the past i have been late with payments ect but O2 have been rally good concisdering my situation. Im getting the latest iphones ipad ect with no hassle at all now my situation has changed.

But as my mum is paying a fair bit of money just fot the basic TV (She never usees the phone) and decent broadband which we both rely on and im paying nearly £130 a month for all my services and gadgets just with O2,

Is there any way of merging both our accounts into 1 BIG monthly bill?

My mum gets very confused very easily. She has tried ringing up Virgin, but she really struggles to understand nowadays 😥

Any advise is welcome!

P.S. Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and wish you all the best for 2026! 😀😁

@AndyUK90

Not possible as yet to merge the Virgin and O2 accounts, but to save some money, your Mum can cancel the phone part of her plan if not used.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
