I have had nothing but lies, accusations and false promises from this company

I would like to hear from anyone (other than the people who have already replied to my other posts)

To hear from anyone who has something good to say about this company?

It can`t all be bad surely

it`s the way they have done it and the mess they have made

a bounced cheque inccurs bank charges the bank charges have been taken out of my bank account

the only other money I left in that was money for my car insurance

imagine if I was on holiday and didn`t know this 

driving along one minute and the next I am pulled over for no insurance

car impounded and me stranded

through no fault of my own

yes I`ve arranged an appointment with trading standards tomorrow

then a trip to my local court to pick up a small claims form

shocking

they have lied, accused me of trying to launder my own money £69.54

which was a refund from them after being fraudulently miss-sold a contract

this has been going on for months

tons of paperwork,false promises etc

Here are my views of O2 

Good ones

Priority moments (Dont use it often but dose come in handy)

Get ticktes Early for gigs

Bad ones 

This one is a big one... Signal! I was in the middel of a city and i had no signal yet all my friends (On differnt networks) had full bars and when i moved 1 meater i got a weak signal.

If they focus on the network signal and get 4G all over the place like the other companies then O2 will be the best!

Do you work for customer service then or do surveys

I have not spoken to the customer services as i havent had any "Problems" as such so i can not realy say
