Coverage in Romania

Hi, can anyone tell me who has been to Romania recently, what is the o2 coverage like for both calls and data please. I am travelling to the rural parts, not just cities. I recently returned from Germany and Poland, calls were just about ok but data almost impossible outside the cities. (Yes, roaming was definitely turned on!) Thanks

Not been but it is one of the places in O2's E.U.  Zone. 4G is available

It all depends on the quality of the local networks.

O2 roaming will work, but limited by the availability of networks.
