I thought I would share some positive O2 customer service news.
A few days ago I went into my local O2 store to upgrade my IPad(never upgrade on line and have it delivered to my home address always go into a store). Did the upgrade and all was well and I was happy. Decided that whilst I was in there, and as there was only 4months outstanding on my phone, I’d upgrade that as well. Well as soon as we started the upgrade there was a message from O2 saying that I could upgrade for free and I didn’t need to pay off the outstanding balance which saved me over £100! Needless to say I was happy with that. So there you go O2 can get it right. I know they only did it because I’d just upgraded my iPad but even so still a nice gesture. Well done O2

Great to hear and that you took the time to tell everyone on the o2 Community Forum @jezza1234

I also popped into O2 in my local area and they were very helpful and cheery.

The other day I contacted C.S. and asked for a sim for one of my family ~ couldn't have been more helpful and happy/cheery.  Well done to O2 from me too. heart_eyes
