Well done O2. Great service

I thought I would share some positive O2 customer service news.
A few days ago I went into my local O2 store to upgrade my IPad(never upgrade on line and have it delivered to my home address always go into a store). Did the upgrade and all was well and I was happy. Decided that whilst I was in there, and as there was only 4months outstanding on my phone, I’d upgrade that as well. Well as soon as we started the upgrade there was a message from O2 saying that I could upgrade for free and I didn’t need to pay off the outstanding balance which saved me over £100! Needless to say I was happy with that. So there you go O2 can get it right. I know they only did it because I’d just upgraded my iPad but even so still a nice gesture. Well done O2

I would say he is a machine. A racing genius. The best on the grid and the most successful British F1 driver ever. I doubt any robot would have the same natural intuitive racing ability of LH#44.
