Ordered a phone for delivery due to be delivered today.
Received a text message saying I had rearranged delivery for Monday (news to me - as no one will be in Monday so not sure why I would rearrange for a day no one is in). Went online to get numbers for delivery team - difficult to find - online chat with an O2 Guru to get the number. Rang the number provided 3 options available all of which were not applicable - one for calling card, one to arrange collection and a 3rd to track delivery.
