I ordered a new device online on the 20th for Next Day Delivery as I'd broken my current phone and needed a quick replacement. It's now an ENTIRE WEEK after ordering and having spoken to several customer assistants online my order is STILL sat in the processing phase despite being reassured multiple times that it would be delivered to me within the usual 3 - 5 days delivery time slot.

Despite having spoken to multiple customer assistants I've been given essentially zero information in regards to my order also besides the repeated "we're very sorry but rest assured your order will be with you shortly!" which just isn't true...

And the order tracking function gives even less information besides showing "processing" so I'm at a loss.

I paid almost £600 as I had to pay off my old contract to upgrade early and I've been left with a ridiculously sour taste in my mouth and think I'd be better off cancelling my contract altogether and going somewhere else.

How long would it take for me to be refunded my full amount after cancelling the order?

Thanks for reading my massive rant if you made it this far hahah

@Nerfherdrr

You wont get the money back that you paid off the old contract to upgrade early (as that terminates your old device plan), and it cant be reinstated.

You would only get refunded any upfront device payment and that takes upto 14 days to come back to you.

So your options are to cancel your upgrade and order again or pop into an o2 store to do the new upgrade, or get a PAC code and go elsewhere..

You might also be better contacting the sales team on 0800 081 0255

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
