My old phone was driven over by a number of cars on Sunday so I ordered another phone via my existing contact (which was up for renewal). The phone was delivered today but the delivery driver wouldn’t leave it with me because I didn’t have a four number PIN as I can’t receive the PIN as I don’t have an operational phone? I also now can’t contact O2 as they don’t have an email or a phone number to contact? What do I do?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

See links below

Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255
