Anyone ordered a Switch 2 (just console or the game bundle) from O2 on monthly payments? Just interested to know what your order tracking in your MyO2 has to say?

I haven’t heard anything yet. I called them yesterday and they had mentioned something about a glitch? They told me to wait 5-7 days before I get tracking info and submitted a ticket to their IT team. But yeah, still nothing:(

I also ordered on the 7th and when I contacted O2 they said the order is stuck “processing” because they have no stock and don’t know when they will have it and offered me the opportunity to cancel my order.

When I contacted O2 a few days ago they said there’s no glitch either and it’ll take about a week to get more stock and ship it out so it seems like they’re telling all of us something different

I’ve already been in touch with the social media team. They are even giving me inconsistent information in the same conversation. They told me they’ll deliver it as soon as stock is available, and then 2 messages later they can’t guarantee they’ll send it out as soon as it is available lol. Think it’ll be the 4 weeks but that’s what I signed up for. They should have just stuck to that and told me that, when it’s clear they’re lying that’s when it becomes frustrating.
