Hi all
I have seen Community Manager @dave_O2 comment regarding switch up, however I am getting conflicting information in-store
Today I have been told twice, in 2 different stores, that if I switch up today, with the 90 days included as advertised on the website, that come the 22nd Jan..my contract will be changed to to 11months switch up..adding on 8 months to the existing contract
Surely that cannot be right. If it's not, then o2 need to communicate policy and guidance much much better.
Please can someone confirm as this has a big impact on my next move.
