Anyone ordered a Switch 2 (just console or the game bundle) from O2 on monthly payments? Just interested to know what your order tracking in your MyO2 has to say?

I’ve just been in touch asking if they know when they’re next getting stock and they said they aren’t sure but as soon as they get it they’ll dispatch immediately so hopefully it’ll be sooner than we think when they restock but who knows at this point if even they themselves aren’t sure

Bear in mindd that most customer service agents represent their own personal opinions rather than any official O2 advice

This is simply because they can't be bothered to email the relevant sales people and find out

Right, not sure where any of you are based but I was in Cardiff today and saw a sign in the sports direct shop window saying “Nintendo switch 2 in store whilst stocks last”. So I went in up to the Game concession stand on 3rd floor and asked a sales assistant and TO MY SURPRISE they had 5 in stock!! They received stock last night. Ended up going with the Mario kart and Hogwarts bundle (£463). So if you’re near or in Cardiff you may be able to get one!!

I ended up cancelling my order and refunding and as it happened i had to pass through Cardiff on Saturday and I managed to pick myself one up however if anyones ordered one from O2 i dont know if id refund again i was on customer support for 7 hours because they didnt process my refund request

Yes! I managed to grab the Mario Kart bundle!
