Hi everyone, 

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

• Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
• New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
• Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

• Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
• Size of the homepage header
• Image in the hompage header
• Lack of board structure on the homepage

@Mi-Amigo We're not sure what's causing intermittent slowness for some members at a time only, but the platform provider is investigating it so we'll share more info with you as and when we hear more

Just to let you know the unread post issue is back again. I have read these posts twice and they wont clear...so will have to mark them all as read!

Thanks for letting me know @Cleoriff! Any chance you could share the links of the posts "stuck" here as well please? Otherwise I can figure them out from the time of the threads, don't worry

Re- unread posts issue:

I too had this issue yesterday and last night and again this morning [about 10 mins ago around 8.30am].

Despite having read some of the posts and also clicking on a supposed "unread post" in the list and then checking "unread posts" again these read posts still show as "unread".

What is weird is that the supposed "unread" [but actually read] posts referred to in my last post on this thread are now cleared from "unread". So it looks like there seems to be a time-delay from clicking and reading a "unread post" and it being cleared from the list [Hope that makes sense ]

I can only show from the snip above what posts were stuck. Unfortunately, I tend to use the same tab I have open to move to the next one so then those posts are 'lost' to me. Also apologies but I will be offline from 9.30 till this afternoon...so have no time to go looking.

Now I am having a slightly different issue.
I logged on this morning and had 17 pages of unread posts - not an issue as I had not been about since Thursday.
When I look at the actual boards though there are lots of threads in bold and when I click on them they are marked as New.
So I am missing posts that might be interesting/helpful...
