Hi everyone, 

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

• Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
• New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
• Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

• Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
• Size of the homepage header
• Image in the hompage header
• Lack of board structure on the homepage

It seems ok for me at the moment and hasn't been too bad today. Not super quick but tolerable.

From the minute i logged onto the forum this morning (6.45am) it's been running slow. AGAIN.

I timed this one. It took 18 seconds to show it as posted after I pressed post.

The stupid thing was, I checked my emails whilst waiting for it to post, and the email was in my inbox showing it had posted when it hadn't on the forum!

It seems a little quicker this morning, but not sure if that is because I am using a different device (laptop rather than phone) and a different internet connection (work WiFi rather than home).
With the notification - I often get those before the post is actually visible @Cleoriff!

8.21am and I just got this when attempting to post on another thread. Using my very very fast PC...

Thanks again for posting on here the times around which you were experiencing slowness! I'll pass them on to the team investigating the issue right away and as soon as we know more about the source of the problem and when it'll be resolved we'll give you a shout here

I got the same at around the same time - 8.30am - using laptop and Chrome.

Seems to be a bit quicker now going from one thread to another and posting in Off Topic.

@Cleoriff @Mi-Amigo The platform provider confirmed some issues on their end overnight, which might explain some of the loading bars and slowness you've noticed during that time.

That being said, we still have a more general case open around the intermittent slowness, and they're working on getting to the bottom of it, so all the times you're sharing are very much appreciated!

Ok, although I did get the processing bar at 8.21am this morning...so hadn't been resolved by then.

The thing is @EmilieT  it is intermittent and doesn't affect everyone at the same time.
