Cancelling contract when O2 don't have anyone available to give me the hard sell to stay.....

Hi there,

 

I'm at the end of contract and wish to cancel, but keep number etc.

 

I've unlocked my phone but there's no one available on O2 to discuss, don't want to ring them as they will just hard sell... any ideas or do I have to wait or get the sales pitch?

Calling 202 or live chat will get you a PAC.
When you use PAC your contract will end immediately.
You may have to listen to some sales pitch but others have said they don't bother you too hard anymore.
