Did you do any sim swaps at all when you received the new phones @Anonymous or did you just use the sims that O2 gave you?

Did they say business or pay monthly sim cards on the packaging or PAYG ?

I did not swap any sims, as a PAYG customers before, we have been recommended to keep our origin sim cards (with the same numbers as we wanted).

OK, so you will need new sim cards for the business account from O2.
Call 8002 for business customer services and ask them to send you business sim cards.
Your message centre number is wrong because you have the wrong sim cards.

If 8002 doesn't work from your PAYG sim, use 0800 977 7337 to contact them instead.

And that explains why text don't work. Message centre numbers will be on the correct sim cards you are sent  for your business contract...

No, old PAYG but switched to business and incorrectly advised to keep original sim cards.
