Well, O2 dont ans calls anymore... I am up to 6 hours now in unanswered calls.

 

I have tried to log onto my business account and the number it gives for verification text is not on my account?

 

Any ideas... maybe move to Vodafone!

If you have been on hold for 6hrs, Hang up and call again, as your call has probably dropped into an IVR blackhole (this happens with all call centre operators) 

 

Or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
