Hey there abit of a background to this.
My dad is retired and is handling my bills. Financially. We are both on low income and my dads health is abit on the fritz at the moment mainly due to heart problems and i am on the autisic spectrum and a sufferer of schizophrenia. My brother is literally having to give up his full time work so he can care for me and my dad full time. We have been struggling to pay o2 bills each month because of the recent o2 mid contract price hikes and we have had to start tightening our belts abit.
Is there anyway or if anyone at o2 who can help?
