GPRS calls massive charge

We have an O2 business account with two contracts, each offering a 20GB data allowance.
Today, upon reviewing our bill we were shocked to discover recurring charges for GPRS calls amounting to a total of £829.00.
It's particularly surprising because my partner primarily uses our home wifi network, additionally, it's odd that these charges frequently occur around midnight (00:00:00).
Our data allowance resets on the 11th of each month. Despite this we noticed charges for GPRS calls starting from March 12th which is the first day of the new data allowance period.
We have never encountered issues like this before and have never exceeded our data allowance.

@Jana22 As the original posters have not come back to us in the months in-between you may need to tag them similar to how I tagged you at the start of this post

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
