I’m currently in Spain. Everything was working fine. My contract’s coverages were working just like they would at home. However a few days ago, data, calls and texts stopped working suddenly. When I try to call someone, a voicemail saying “This option is not available. Please contact customer service.” pops up. How am I supposed to fix it if I can’t ring them? I know I could email them, but it would take too long for them to finally fix it.

Any help please?

The only thing that stops when abroad is data if you use over 10gb. Everything else continues to work and is charged at your standard rates, unless your bill goes too high and triggers the anti fraud switch.

I’ve tried to ring them. It asked me to either enter the code that they sent me via text message, which I couldn’t receive, or answer the security question. They won’t tell me what the actual question is, meaning that I can’t exactly remember the answer.

For the people talking about an excess in the use of data:
My contract covers 15gb, unlimited calls and texts. I’ve never had a problem abroad, everything just worked like it does at home. But this time for some reason everything stopped working.
