PDF bill won't download on iPad

I went to view my bill and it sent me to the App Store to get adobe reader. Fine. But now I have adobe it just keeps opening the App Store and not Adobe reader. So how do I view my bill?

Wait for the app to install then reboot and try again.

Wery strange pdf's open in ibooks for me or safair I do not have acrobat reader installed on my ipad.

 

I cannot check the my-o2 as I am a business customer

I'm using my ipad now and just checked my bill downloads as a PDF no problem it will open in safari or I can save to iBooks I don't have adobe either I'm running iOS 7

You could try rebooting your phone or deleting then reinstalling the adobe app.
