Hi I'm currently on holiday and broken my phone and need the IMEI number to make a insurance claim can you help with this?

You can get IMEI from your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

or you can use live chat. Link here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also, if you have good eyesight, the IMEI is stamped into the sim tray.
