Hello I recently lost my device so I called up o2 to get a sim replacement however the advisor on the phone mistakenly also applied a bar on my device. I found the phone after a couple of days so I called up and asked them to remove it. It’s been 5 days since then and my phone still shows no service and is not working. I don’t know who to speak to because customer service all seem clueless and not helpful. Can anyone please advise me further.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
