I recently upgraded to a Samsung S9 and have noticed my voicemail isn't working. I set it up using 1750. When I dial 901 it seems to be set up. But when anyone calls the message they get is 'the person you are calling can't take your call please try again later or why but send them a text'
I've done a soft reset. Tried 1750 again. All still the same. What else can I do?

Call customer services on 202 and ask them to reset your voicemail.

Thanks Cleoriff. I have seen the guide and it is very basic and doesn't suggest anything other than what I have said I've already tried.

Will try customer services.
