Locked out of my phone

I received my upgrade yesterday and tried to set it up,a galaxy J3 2017,and I have somehow locked it. I have tried password but no luck. Is there someone who can help me fix this issue please?

@Mary Enter the wrong password 10 times and it will ask you to reset your device with your Gmail address and password.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi @Mary
What do you mean exactly by locked?
Can you not get past the lock screen when you turn on the phone or is it something else?
When you set up the phone it would have asked you to enter a 4 digit PIN. Have you tried that PIN to see if it unlocks?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Hi @Mary, I'm sorry to hear you can't use your new phone properly yet confused
