Sending Emails & text with pictures problem

Hi ,
I am currently in France , I can't send text or emails with a picture , the text never get to the people I send them to ,and neither do the emails , they just sit there queued ? Also I can't upload pictures on FB , not a problem in the UK ,

Maybe the network blocks FB or something?

@RiversSilly question maybe...but have you tried rebooting the phone since you spoke to O2?

I would delete the app and reinstall it. You only need sign in again and you lose nothing only a little time and a few grey cells.....

i think @jonsie meant to delete FB and reinstall @Rivers

I usually find if things stop working on my Note 4 I either reboot the phone or delete the app and reinstall it....
