I have recently updated to Oreo on my S8, it has stopped the LED's working on my wallet cover. I have tried Force stopping the app, clearing the cache and most recently a factory reset all to no avail.

Can anyone offer any advise?

Check if you have NFC turned on still.

I guess you've checked that LED notifications are still turned on too?
Have you tried removing the cover and reconnecting it?
If so, it might be worth you giving Samsung a call to see if they know of an issue with the update.

Let us know what they say if you do give them a call.

I called today and talked them through what was happening and what I had done to try and solve the issue. They said it was the cover, even though I have tried it on a work colleagues phone and it works fine! Not any help at all really, gave me the address of my nearest service centre, 50 miles away!

It was working occassionally when I first updated but hasn't worked for days now.

So if they aren’t aware of any issues it must be something on your phone causing the issue.
Boot into safe mode and see if it works then.
Is it does, one of your apps is creating the issue.
