Re: Sending Emails & text with pictures problem

Change your apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" and see if data starts working for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr) and Z3 Tablet (Three UK)
iPhone7 (EE)

nil desperandum. When you take things for granted, the things you are granted, are taken away.

Re: Sending Emails & text with pictures problem

Go to settings then mobile data and edit the apn.
It probably is currently iData.O2.co.uk

PAYG
I followed the instructions in that link ,and still the same ,
My phone is Moto g4 .
My wife's PAYG Moto g5 sends pictures , slowly but sends them .
It's very frustrating , I have never messed about with my settings .

Re: Sending Emails & text with pictures problem

You've posted in the Apple section, hence all the replies you've had relate to iPhones.
You need these settings for an Android phone https://www.teamknowhow.com/discover/discover/o2-apn-settings#Android%20APN%20settings%20for%20O2
but you may not have International usage enabled so if the settings don't work, call customer services to check your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
