Sending Emails & text with pictures problem

Hi ,
I am currently in France , I can't send text or emails with a picture , the text never get to the people I send them to ,and neither do the emails , they just sit there queued ? Also I can't upload pictures on FB , not a problem in the UK ,
Thanks for any help .

Change your apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" and see if data starts working for you.

Go to settings then mobile data and edit the apn.
It probably is currently iData.O2.co.uk

@RiversGo into settings > Mobile networks> Access Point Names (APN) and change it to the one shown above

I changed the apn to mobile.02 and I lost any use of the phone ?
Changed to iData phone works but still won't post pictures ,
Apn was payandgo

I followed the instructions in that link ,and still the same ,
My phone is Moto g4 .
My wife's PAYG Moto g5 sends pictures , slowly but sends them .
It's very frustrating , I have never messed about with my settings .

You've posted in the Apple section, hence all the replies you've had relate to iPhones.
You need these settings for an Android phone https://www.teamknowhow.com/discover/discover/o2-apn-settings#Android%20APN%20settings%20for%20O2
but you may not have International usage enabled so if the settings don't work, call customer services to check your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
