It is not just o2 all networks are the same, as none know what is going to come in from the Distributors who work for Apple... as Apple direct lots of stock to there own channels

Has anyone heard any new news on the iPhone pro max model from @o2 I have just spoke to my friend who is with EE who ordered the same phone I have ordered and they have had a DPD text to say it will delivered tomorrow.

I pre-ordered two pro maxes online at about 2pm on launch day - a blue 256gb for my husband and a white 256gb for me. We got the blue one on the release day but I got the dreaded out of stock email. The lack of communication from O2 on this has been awful - I just want to know when to expect my phone! I noticed it's saying over 4 weeks on the O2 online shop for the 256gb but only 2 weeks for the 512gb - are these the sort of times I can expect to wait and if so can I switch to a higher capacity so I get it sooner?

Just spoke to customer services on 202 and told me that my phone is out of stock. But she will contact the supply team and email/text/phone me to update me when to expect it in. Hopefully hear something soon.

If it’s a global problem, how are EE customers able to order and get theirs next day

If you take a look at the iPhone thread over on the EE forum you’ll find that’s really not the case. EE made a massive mess this year, more so than previous years due to system failure.
I placed my upgrade for my EE line on pre-order day at 13:00 but system failure meant that it got lost (despite me getting confirmation). I called back the next day at 8am and had to place the order again on a completely different deal and just received the handset today.
I’m one of the lucky ones, a lot of people who ordered before me and their orders were not lost are still waiting. CS is giving them completely wrong information and random information which is clearly all made up.
