Hi all,

 

Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your bill or PAYG balance. These may be applied in groups of 2-3 months so if you haven't seen your reward pop up, but you received a response from me in your messages, rest assured they are on their way. 


Below there’s a list with all rewarded members. If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

So this is a bonus for being on the new system...

Just had a text and an email confirming that a credit has been applied to my account - for the last 3 rewards.

Something to look out for perhaps if you are on the old version @Cleoriff ?

The same here. An email and text to say the past two months have been credited to my account 

Always gets me the email is headed

O2 Switching and Porting Compensation

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I'm still on the old system and haven't had an email or text about credits being applied.

Better put me on the new billing system @Dave-O2, then maybe I'll get my last 3 rewards 😂

Well that's ruined the surprise 😁 😂

 

Just to give everyone a quick update, the backlog of Community Rewards are now in the process of being added to accounts.

 

When these have been fully completed, i'll provide another update to let everyone know.

 

@jonsie once these has been done, i'll take a closer look and add any additional Rewards that may be missing 👍

Apologies, it looks like it is the last 2 rewards. 
Either June or August is missing I think - this delay is getting confusing!!

Only 2 months added for me too @Dave-O2 

I'm owed 3 months like the rest of us.

Having read @pgn's post, I checked there and found 2 months rewards 'hidden' under Recent Charges.

Never been there before.

Normally found on this page under Goodwill Promotions
