Hi all,
Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be.
And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your bill or PAYG balance. These may be applied in groups of 2-3 months so if you haven't seen your reward pop up, but you received a response from me in your messages, rest assured they are on their way.
Below there’s a list with all rewarded members. If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

A great system and thanks. I sent a pm, but now my phone number has disappeared from my o2 account and when I tried to re-link it, the message was that there were no o2 products linked to that number. Is this normal?

Things are a bit of a mess at the moment as O2 change the Customer Management System
Perhaps contact them

Thanks for replying. Strangely enough, it's now reappeared on the my o2 account. I just panicked a bit after all the hoo-hah I had last month. I'll wait and see what happens now.....
