O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

I've got a tracking number on my order page and it says 'Dispatch Date: October 31st' - but the tracking number doesn't work on the DPD site. Live Chat told me that it's actually UK Mail bringing it, even though it says DPD on the page. The tracking number doesn't work on UK Mail either...

The whole scenario has been a fiasco.

O2’s live chat and telephone services have given constantly unreliable and conflicting information.

Happy to confirm that my iPhone X 256GB space gray has live tracking info from UK Mail. It’s not available to view online yet, as it’s not been picked up yet, but o2 have said that it’s being dispatched tomorrow.

I ordered mine on 27/10 at 9:29am so if they’re doing it on a first come first served basis you should be fine as this is the version that has the longest wait time.

I found hat whoever it was that I spoke to was extremely sarcastic, kind of weird.
No idea why but I always thought it was automated lol

The delivery number only gets activated and seen by the recipient when it’s been scanned on the van.

THX91, where did you find the live tracking info from? I ordered SG 256Gb by 08:20 and am still drawing a blank.

I asked on o2 live chat.

They gave me the tracking number and the courier information that way.

They also said it was being shipped tomorrow and the details would go live when UK Mail receive the package.
