I am o2 and virgin customer. Registered for Volt. Despite requests to virgin and numerous failed calls to o2 I still do not have the WiFi pods. Needed to improve WiFi dead spots in the home.

The WiFi Pods have nothing to do with o2. you need to preserve with Virgin (on 0345 454 1111) as they are the ones who deal with the PODS.
You also need to have gone through the process on the Virgin App...
