My wife purchased a new pay monthly mobile phone on 14 July. As we are also on Virgin media I contacted Virgin and they updated our broadband speed there and then, but my wife mobile data has not been updated. Can you please advise what we should do to get the extra data. Our local o2 shop said it will update automatically but it has not.
