Upgraded my virgin account to an enhanced package.had free sim with last package and Was promised free sim again
never arrived. Been in touch 8 times.
been on line, been in o2 shop.
No one can help me !!!

You need to speak to Virgin Media Customer Services as they placed the order... bare in mind its Volt its £25 a month and not free, its just the bundle is split in 2... ( https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-o2?intcmpid=house_excusthp_desktop_b1_Volt_July22 )
