Hi, I was transferred from Virgin Mobile to o2 in April and I told my my Volt benefits were active in July. However, despite still being both Virgin (broadband ) and now o2 mobile, I see no difference in my 'package'. Certainly my virgin broadband is still at the basic 'speed' level. I've been onto the virgin site and that directs all volt questions to your site. I've spent the last hour or so going round in circles so this is my last resort. Hope you can help. Should I have been moved up to the next broadband level with virgin as a dual [volt] customer?

@Alan1956

You should get both your broadband speed doubled and your mobile data doubled. You also get O2 travel inclusive free.

Contact O2 for mobile benefits and Virgin for BB.

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Do check that the address details are EXACTLY the same on both your Virgin and O2 account. I've seen these go astray for the slightest  of mistakes

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
