Looks like I'm the latest person to have issues getting their Volt benefits added to their O2 account - I've called Virgin & O2 multiple times, each time being told 'yes, you're eligible, you need to wait 14 days'. It's been over 4 weeks...
Can anyone here help? @Dave-O2 is this something you can assist with?
I don't use FB or Twitter so won't be able to message O2 via that medium...
