Sim card

Hello

I got the virgin volt package and subsequently the sim card. I have never used the sim but understand it is needed for my package. 
I don’t know where the sim is is there any chance I could have one sent with the same number please

You will need to either call o2 and ask them to send a replacement or the best and easiest way is to call into an o2 store with photo ID..
