Hey everyone,
I apologize in advance if this has been posted in the wrong section.
Someone, please help me out here.
So on 29/01/2024 I placed an order for O2 10GB Sim via my Upgrade my Package on Virgin Media account and received my order confirmation etc. On the email, it mentions 7-10 working days for activation etc.
But it's now 19 working days and I've not received any updates or any responses.
Please someone, can you advise how can I get an update?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You may need to speak to Virgin to see if the upgrade to your VM Services has been actioned as it could be waiting on that to be completed as well, give them a call on 0345 454 1111
