Broken second TV box in my room

https://google.com I am a Virgin Media O2 employee and I get the employee package. One of my TV boxes broke while doing the software upgrade well over a year ago now. How can I get a replacement? I have my main box in my living room but the second iin my bedroom has been broken for ages now.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
