My current bill is for £14.07 for the period of 07/08 to 06/09/23 which is incorrect my package is for £10pm from 12/08/23 and shows on my account as this - 1053050582.

I already have a complaint running with you for overcharging from 12/06/23 to the 11/08/23 = complaint ref A348613 and now this, not acceptable - please amend and refund overpayments asap or another complaint will be made.

This is a community forum made up of customers similar to yourself so we can't access accounts. You will need to persist with O2 Customer Services as only they can so that.

If you login to Myo2 it will tell you what they extra costs are for. 

 

If you can't do that then you will need to call Customer Services..
