Hi, I recently joined O2 on the 250GB tariff. I also have Virgin media broadband but I don’t seem to be receiving the double date / unlimited data volt benefit with my account. When I click on the activate benefits link I am taken to a webpage that says I may already be receiving the volt benefit or I am not eligible. Please can someone help / check this for me?
