NO NEED TO SHOUT!!!

Your o2 bill will continue as it is now, the monthly bill doesn't change..

Virgin Media's goes up as it is full of discounts, which you can easily see on the contract you signed and even on the Virgin Account pages..

So nothing scammy about any of it, just customers who sign blindly on a dotted line...

People screaming before they are hurt when a little research or a polite question would put their mind at ease

I've no time for these people

Just about to say that we are getting a lot of accusitive angry posts of late

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Sort of understandable when other customer service channels are under performing, ignorant or don't do as promised.

Root cause of which appears to be a litany of system issues.

I'll have only one account with O2 at the end of next month and good riddance in all honesty.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

To be fair the OP hasn't tried customer service by his words and his tone

But yes, so many issues with O2 from system monumental feckups to promotions and everything inbetween

Not to mention the dickwits at Khoros being unable or unwilling to fix this sites issues

It seems apathy abounds at O2 but that does not excuse people coming on here shouting the odds instead of using accepted forum etiquette

I was generalising, not specifically aimed at this post.

Many think this is CS as the website directs people here for help without fully explaining what it is.

I totally agree that it is misleading but I was initially aiming my comments to the OP

You have to love these faceless keyboard warriors though I have to wonder whether this is how he would actually speak to an adviser over the telephone in such a way

Maybe it's synonymous with their character trait
