Hi.

Just watched a 45 minute program on prime ang it used 8.79 gb of data the streaming quality was set at 0.14 gb per hour (data saver setting) when I checked my data prime video has used over 50 gig in a couple of weeks I've hardly watched anything maybe an hour a day.

Sounds like you need to ask Amazon why.

It's nothing that O2 can control.

Yeah on further study its the prime video app using around 10gb per hour I've tried other video apps and they are fine. Emailed amazon and waiting for reply.  Thanks.

Have you connected to Wifi at all to start the streaming, or have you got anything set to download automatically, as it could be that its downloading the content rather than streaming it.
