I've bought a 4g smartwatch but cannot connect to o2 network ,anyone help please

Ah, you didn't say it was a Samsung smartwatch, so yes, you need to go in store.

You will need to set the data apn in the watch settings.

 

Name : o2 mobile web

APN : mobile.o2.co.uk (PAYG - payandgo.o2.co.uk)

Proxy, Port  : Please leave blank

Username - o2web (PAYG - payandgo)

Password - password

Server - Please leave blank

Thank you I spoke to customer services and apparently have to go into the shop as I didn't buy the watch from o2,but samsung watch said just scan qr code,I'm very confused
