having real trouble connecting my smartwatch, got an e sim rang 02 and
she said she would activate it but I dont want a new number she said
talk to sales about a plan,but I already have a plan.she said she
couldn't de activate it ,I'm so confused and...
Thank you I spoke to customer services and apparently have to go into
the shop as I didn't buy the watch from o2,but samsung watch said just
scan qr code,I'm very confused
