Hi
there is no phone signal at all for my account i’ve tried all the steps and nothing and other people have no problem- have you turned off 4G on my account?

It could also be a couple of other things as well, such as a sim card failure or non payment on the account.
If you need a new sim card then contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 or pop into an o2 store with photo ID
