You need to make a chargeable call at least once every 6 months to avoid disconnection.

You will need to contact O2 now to be reconnected.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

i have low signal strength nd have not used the phone since Feb although was told the connection would still work if not used for a year. I only carry it for emergencies
