Today I got a new pixel 9 upgrade from pixel 7 on doing data transfer it wouldn't activate my eSim from Pixel 7 onto the pixel 9.

 

How do I activate eSim on Pixel 9 as I don't have the original QR Code.

 

Can I activate pixel 9 via O2 app by installing O2 app on new phone?

You will need to either pop to an o2 store and get a new esim pack, you will need to take photo ID, or call o2 and ask them to push one to the myo2 app for you to install.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
